Chapitre 1: Les Racines du Guerrier

La banlieue-Nord de Paris sert de toile de fond à l'enfance de Thierry Yossi Cimkauskas, le fils d'un officier de police. À l'âge de 11 ans, il se lance dans le Karaté Wado-Ryu, explorant les premières nuances de l'art du combat.

Chapitre 2: Le Passage dans l'Obscurité

Au détour d'une rencontre fortuite dans les caves de la cité, deux Thaïlandais introduisent au protagoniste l'art brutal de la boxe thaïlandaise. La diversité devient sa force, avec l'ajout du Quan Qi Do et du Karaté Shotokan à son arsenal. Ces compétences hétéroclites forment la base de sa compréhension du combat.

Chapitre 3: Israël, Terre de Défis

Les années 80 marquent le début d'un périple en Israël avec des "amis". Les enseignements du Krav Maga, dispensés par des experts militaires sur les terrains d'entraînement et à la base militaire de Wingate, transforment Thierry en un guerrier complet.

Chapitre 4: Retour en France, Réveil Brutal

Le retour en France le confronte aux réalités du terrain dans le domaine de la sécurité et de la protection rapprochée. La perte de collègues chers révèle le besoin crucial d'un entraînement plus approfondi. Thierry intensifie sa pratique du Krav Maga lors de stages en Israël.

Chapitre 5: Mission Protection

Spécialisé dans les missions de protection, Thierry s'engage auprès de personnalités gouvernementales, politiques, militaires, religieuses et privées. Une rencontre avec Charles Joussot, créateur du FISFO système, dévoile une nouvelle dimension du combat dans le Penchak Silat.

Chapitre 6: Nouvelle Vision du Krav Maga

En 1997, Thierry découvre le Krav Maga sous un nouveau jour grâce à Philippe Kaddouch. Attiré par l'approche pragmatique et riche de Kaddouch, il devient instructeur Krav Maga - IMI System. Sa formation intensive le conduit à obtenir des spécialités en protection VIP et forces de l'ordre.

Chapitre 7: Expert International

L'année 2003 marque un sommet lorsque Thierry décroche le titre d'expert international au siège de l'IKMF à Natanya, Israël, devant des figures respectées telles que Eyal Yanilov, Gabi Noah, Eli Ben-Ami et Avi Moyal.

Chapitre 8: Migration vers le Nouveau Monde

Après avoir formé plus de 3000 individus en région parisienne, Thierry prend un nouveau départ. En juillet 2005, il s'installe au Canada, ouvrant la première école officielle de Krav Maga au Québec. Sa renommée s'étend, et il devient consultant pour le cinéma, entraînant même Brendan Fraser pour "La Momie 3".

Chapitre 9: L'Art du Virtuel

En 2009, Thierry est sollicité par UbiSoft pour contribuer aux scènes de combat du jeu "Splinter Cell-Conviction". Sam Fisher, le héros du jeu, adopte le Krav Maga pour mener à bien ses missions.

Chapitre 10: L'Héritage Canadien

Thierry s'impose comme le leader du Krav Maga au Québec et au Canada depuis 2005. Ses séminaires, formations d'instructeurs et un réseau florissant d'écoles IIS Krav Maga laissent un héritage durable. "Le Guerrier de l'Ombre" continue d'inspirer les générations futures dans l'art de la défense personnelle au-delà des frontières.

"The Shadow Warrior"

The northern suburbs of Paris provide the backdrop to the childhood of Thierry Yossi Cimkauskas, the son of a police officer. At the age of 11, he takes up Wado-Ryu Karate, exploring the first nuances of the art of combat.

Chapter 2: The Passage into Darkness

During a chance encounter in the city's cellars, two Thais introduce the protagonist to the brutal art of Thai boxing. Diversity becomes his strength, with the addition of Quan Qi Do and Shotokan Karate to his arsenal. These heterogeneous skills form the basis of his understanding of combat.

Chapter 3: Israel, Land of Challenges

The 80s marked the start of a journey to Israel with "friends". Krav Maga lessons, given by military experts on the training grounds and at the Wingate military base, transform Thierry into a complete warrior.

Chapter 4: Return to France, Brutal Awakening

Thierry's return to France brings him face-to-face with the realities of the security and close protection business. The loss of dear colleagues reveals the crucial need for more in-depth training. Thierry intensifies his Krav Maga training in Israel.

Chapter 5: VIP Protection

Specializing in protection missions, Thierry works with governmental, political, military, religious and private figures. A meeting with Charles Joussot, creator of the FISFO system, reveals a new dimension of combat in Penchak Silat.

Chapter 6: A new vision of Krav Maga

In 1997, Thierry discovered Krav Maga in a new light thanks to Philippe Kaddouch. Attracted by Kaddouch's rich, pragmatic approach, he became a Krav Maga - IMI System instructor. His intensive training led him to specialize in VIP protection and law enforcement.

Chapter 7: International Expert

The year 2003 marked a high point when Thierry was awarded the title of International Expert at the IKMF headquarters in Natanya, Israel, ahead of such respected figures as Eyal Yanilov, Gabi Noah, Eli Ben-Ami and Avi Moyal.

Chapter 8: Migration to the New World

After training over 3,000 individuals in the Paris region, Thierry set off on a new journey. In July 2005, he moved to Canada, opening the first official Krav Maga school in Quebec. His reputation spread, and he became a consultant for the cinema, even training Brendan Fraser for "The Mummy 3".

Chapter 9: The Art of the Virtual

In 2009, Thierry was asked by UbiSoft to contribute to the fight scenes in the game "Splinter Cell-Conviction". Sam Fisher, the game's hero, adopts Krav Maga to carry out his missions.

Chapter 10: The Canadian Legacy

Thierry has been the leader of Krav Maga in Quebec and Canada since 2005. His seminars, instructor training and flourishing network of IIS Krav Maga schools leave a lasting legacy. "The Shadow Warrior" continues to inspire future generations in the art of personal defense beyond borders.
